Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Skill Trust India. We strive to provide the best learning experience for all our students. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any course purchases.

1. Digital Content & Non-Refundable Nature

All courses and educational content offered on our platform are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the immediate access granted to digital learning materials, video lectures, and resources upon successful payment, all purchases made on Skill Trust India are strictly non-refundable.

2. Cancellation of Course Enrollment

Once a course payment is processed and enrollment is confirmed on your account, the transaction cannot be cancelled, reversed, or transferred to another user account.

3. Exception Cases (Failed Transactions)

Refunds or charge reversals are only processed under rare technical anomalies, such as:

• Multiple deductions for a single course purchase due to gateway or network errors.
• Payment success reported by the bank/UPI, but the course is not unlocked in the user's "My Courses" section within 24 hours (subject to manual verification).

In case of duplicate payments, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days after verification.

4. Contact for Payment Disputes

If you encounter any payment gateway failure or transaction discrepancy, please contact our support team immediately with your transaction reference number and registered mobile number.
